We prep everything fresh to order, so timing matters. Here’s exactly how our refund windows work.


🕒 Order Cutoff

All orders must be placed by Tuesday at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) for that Sunday’s delivery.


✅ Full Refund — Cancel Within 12 Hours of Ordering

Changed your mind right after ordering? You have a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel for a full refund — as long as your cancellation falls before Wednesday at 11:59 PM.

Full refunds are issued back to your original payment method or as store credit, your choice.


🟡 50% Store Credit — Cancel Wednesday or Thursday

If you cancel after Wednesday at 11:59 PM and before Thursday at 11:59 PM, you’re eligible for a 50% refund issued as store credit.

No cash or card refunds are available during this window.


❌ No Refund — Cancel Friday or Later

Cancellations received on or after Friday at 12:00 AM are not eligible for any refund or store credit. By this point your meals are being prepped and are locked into fulfillment.


🔄 Subscription Orders

Each weekly subscription order follows the same windows above. Canceling a single week’s order is different from canceling your subscription — contact us if you need help with either.


🎁 Store Credit

Store credit never expires and is separate from your rewards points balance.
